Induction Cooking Do’s and Don’ts

Do hand wash with sponges or soft cleaning pads in warm soapy water.
Do rinse and dry pan with soft cloth or paper towel.
Do make sure thoroughly dry before packing back in the crate.
Don’t use abrasive cleaners or steel on interior or exterior surface of the pan.
Don’t run cold water over the pan when it’s hot. Make sure pan has had time to cool before cleaning.
Don’t dry cook use enough oil
Don’t use non stick spray
Don’t use metal utensils
Don’t cook at temp above 480 degrees
